Dear Moon Ayurveda and Yoga

The name Dear Moon Ayurveda and Yoga evolved after coming in contact with a beautiful being in a different role I held beyond yoga and Ayurveda. Dear Moon was more than the animal she presented as. Behind those beautiful eyes was presence, beauty, and wisdom. She was a reminder to soften and backed with love and courage for her greater good. A type of daring of truth and love and a part of life. Dear Moon moved a room from hardened to allowing and emotion.

In Sanskrit, dear moon, is termed Priya Chandra and associated with a female name. Priyam means dear, beloved, or loved. Chandra means bright, shining, or illuminating. Chandramah is reference to moon.

The offerings of Dear Moon comes from a dare to life. An alignment from experience and a softening to allowing such beautiful offerings that truly can change so much and in subtle ways that create wholeness. For better health, truth and life balance. It is also alignment, movement, heart opening and centering, as well as illuminating. A way of coming home to you! For clients, friends, people who become family, those who are curious, community, and connection. Through yoga, Ayurveda, interconnecting with horses, and more. To be able to live in the safety and nourishment of our own bodies, in this life, with the elements, and to be backed with ancient practices, community, love and joy within and around. Life is an ever evolving process and our bodies and rhythms can tell us so much. Dear Moon is here for the stages and states we all go through health and life and to become more in touch with the true beings we all are. It could be challenge of health and/or life or just curious to evolve and balance. It’s such an important time to understand our bodies and create balance to align our health for ourselves and others so that will ripple into the future.

Dear Moon is held in space on Lauren’s farm in Malden Bridge, NY, with dogs, horses, and all the natural elements of the land.

Thank you for being here and allowing your truth wherever that may be!
